THE FIGHT FOR ECONOMIC JUSTICE CONTINUES.
WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT.

HELP US REACH OUR GOAL OF RAISING $20,000 BY 2020

CPI is committed to helping build strong, just, and resilient economies, communities, and institutions throughout the San Diego region. As an election year and a Census year, 2020 will bring both challenges and opportunities to advance equity and build the power of low-income communities and communities of color.

here's what your donation will make possible in 2020:

CPI’s research lays the groundwork for policy development that improves lives for working people and families. In 2020, we will be publishing reports on work scheduling, food systems, and poverty and income. Next year, we will be taking our reports on the road and sharing them with the community through a series of events.

CPI leads community coalitions fighting for increased investment in community prosperity, health, and justice throughout the San Diego region. In 2020, in addition to our budget advocacy, we will focus on creating an Office of Labor Standards Enforcement and make progress towards creating San Diego’s first community school.

Our leadership development programs train San Diego’s future community organizers and leaders on boards and commissions, advocating for San Diego’s most vulnerable populations and underserved communities. Applications for our Students for Economic Justice program are now open and in 2020, we look forward to meeting the new cohort.
