CPI Report


Housing in the Centre City Area has grown dramatically over the past 30 years. Redevelopment and other economic development programs have increased the supply of new housing, including many affordable units. Prices, however, remain higher than the region, and the challenge of providing adequate amounts of affordable housing remains great.
