San Diego Needs Tenants Right to Counsel!

Oralia Garcia, ACCE member and member of the Community Budget Alliance, has been living in substandard housing and facing retaliation from her landlord by bringing this up. She is also facing rent increases with no improvements to her housing. San Diego must do more to help renters like Oralia and make sure that landlords don’t get away with intimidating and retaliating against renters.
